- Modular Structure: Knocked down components like shelves, end panel, front panels, rear and vertical panels, central partitions, etc., is used to assemble this modular structure. These are bolted together on site to take the shape of an integral unit.
- Travel Wheel: Cast iron travel wheel is used. Casting of this wheel is accurate and the circumference of its pattern is larger than the track round bar on which it moves. This assuresless contact between the track and the wheel. Reason behind this is the single point load falling which ensures effortless movement, and thus, causes minimum friction.
- Surface Treatment: According to technological needs, the steel is treated by acid cleaning, degreasing, water washing, phosphating, etc. by implementing a process of seven tank dip process.
- Final Finish: A high quality powder is used to provide a final coating. For 10 minutes, the surface is baked at 220oC and electrostatic spraying of high pressure is done to provide hard scratch tolerant finish and make the powder to completely stick to the steel surface. The final surface comprises thick, uniform and around 70 microns thick powder coating approximately.
